Service terms

These terms apply when you order videos from Start Your Channel. The service is run by Abhishek Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). Your confirmed quote and these terms together make our agreement. If they ever disagree, the confirmed quote wins.

Your quote

Prices on our brands page are estimates. Before we start, we confirm by email what you are ordering: the type, length, look and extras of each video, the number of videos, the price and the delivery dates. That confirmed quote is your order.

How the work runs

• We write the script from the docs, website or brief you give us. You approve it before anything is voiced.
• We then make the voice, the motion graphics and the sound, and send you the video to review.
• Every video includes two rounds of changes. Extra rounds are ₹2,000 each, or US$25 for clients outside India.
• Changing the script after you approve it counts as an extra round, because the voice and timing are built on it.
• Anything outside the confirmed quote, such as a new video or a longer one, is quoted separately.

Material you send us

You confirm that you have the right to let us use anything you send, such as docs, screenshots, screen recordings, logos, fonts and music. We use it only to make your videos.

Payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees for clients in India, and in US dollars for clients outside India. Taxes such as GST are extra where they apply.
• Single videos and 5 video packs are paid in full before we start.
• Bigger packages are paid 50% before each batch of 10 videos, and the rest when that batch is delivered.
• If you order a 5 video pack and then a bigger package within 30 days, those 5 videos count toward it.
• Monthly plans are paid at the start of each month and run for at least 3 months. Unused credit carries over one month and then expires.
• Invoices are due within 7 days. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it arrives.

Delivery

You get each final video as an MP4 file with a subtitle file. Delivery dates are in your confirmed quote. If anything might delay a video, we tell you as soon as we know. Dates move if approvals or material from your side arrive late.

Using your videos

Once a video is paid in full, you can use it anywhere you like, for as long as you like: on your site, in your docs and apps, on social media, at events and in ads. Music and sound effects come from royalty-free libraries licensed for videos like these, and may not be taken out and used on their own. Project files, styles and our tools stay with us. A look we design only for you is never used for anyone else.

How we make videos

Our studio uses AI tools and other third-party services, for example for voice. A person directs and checks every video before it reaches you. Some of those services have their own terms, which may apply to the parts they produce.

Accuracy

We check every fact on screen against the source you give us. You make the final call on what your video says, and once you approve it, you are responsible for the claims it makes about your product.

Showing our work

Once your video is public, we may show it in our portfolio. If you would rather we didn't, tell us and we won't.

Keeping things private

We keep anything you share with us private, and we are happy to sign an NDA.

Monthly docs check

If your plan includes a monthly docs check, we look at the pages your videos are built from once a month. Small changes are updated within 5 working days of the check. A full rewrite costs 50% of that video's price. You can stop the check with 30 days' notice.

Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time by email.
• We refund payments for videos we have not started.
• Once you approve a video's script, its payment can't be refunded.
• Monthly plans can be stopped with 30 days' notice once the 3 month minimum is over.

Liability

If something goes wrong, the most we are liable for is the amount you paid for that order. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, unless your confirmed quote says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. Your order follows the version that was live when you confirmed it.
